Veracious Canada Inc.’s supplier selection process enables us to source goods and services to meet the collective needs of the business at the highest quality and lowest total cost. For products not specific to clients specification we use six-Stage Supplier Selection Process We utilize a multi-step sourcing process to identify industry-leading suppliers capable of delivering goods and services that consistently meet our business needs and provide us a competitive advantage. Suppliers selected as a result of the supplier selection process will be designated as preferred supplier for current and future business opportunities.

Electronic Sourcing

Veracious Canada Inc. uses one of its kind customized e-Sourcing tool, to automate the sourcing process and to quickly gather information from all participating suppliers.

The following is a list of the types of online events in which interested suppliers might be able to participate:

• Request for Information (RFI)
  Veracious Canada Inc follow a format that can be used for comparative purposes as a standard business process whose purpose is to collect written information about the capabilities of various suppliers.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  Veracious Canada Inc.’s RFQs typically include comprehensive price per item, payment terms and product information as requested to support the bidding process.
• Request for Proposal (RFP)
  Veracious Canada Inc.’s RFPs typically involve more than a request for the price. Other requested information may include: basic corporate information and history, financial information. Product information such as stock availability and estimated completion period, and customer references that can be checked to determine a company’s suitability.
• Reverse Auction
  Veracious Canada Inc. uses reverse auctions when customers require these services from us
